FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How Do I Need To Prepare For The Extermination?

We recommend removing all clutter from your home. Our technicians need full access to your home to perform the treatment properly. For bed bug treatments, you must remove and wash your bed linen, as well as clothing stored in bedroom closets. For rodents and other pests, you must empty all of your kitchen cabinets. Once the treatment process is complete, you will then need to wash your dishes thoroughly, before replacing back into the cabinets.

Will The Pesticide Spray Damage My Furniture Or Carpet?

A technician will preform a spot test prior to treating your entire home. If any damage is revealed, an alternative treatment will be utilized. Our goal is to protect your assets from potential damage before, during and after the treatment is rendered.

What Are Your Eco-Friendly Treatment Options?

We offer several types of environmental friendly treatments, including:

  • Heatsteam
  • Thermal heat
  • Eco-green applications
  • Cryonite

How Many Treatments Are Needed To Eradicate My Bed Bug Infestation Fully?

If the technician determines your bed bug infestation is mild to severe, only two treatments will be required to eliminate the problem. More severe cases may require additional treatments.

What Are My Payment Options?

We only offer two payments options, cash and credit card.

When Should I Expect The Technician To Arrive?

Depending on our schedule and your availability, we can dispatch a technician out to your home within the hour.

What Are My Warranty Options?

We provide our customers with three warranty options, including 30, 60 and 90 days. The technician will discuss these options with you when they arrive to your home.

What Type Of Guarantees Do You Offer?

We offer a 100 percent satisfaction guarantee to every customer who hires us to exterminate his or her pest or rodent infestation. This guarantee ensures customer satisfaction or a full refund.

How Long Should I Expect The Treatment To Take?

Bed bug treatments take within one to three hours. However, we recommend evacuating the home for at least six hours. Adults and children with respiratory diseases, such as asthma and COPD, must remain out of the home for a full 24 hours.

How Do You Communicate With Homeowners On Treatment Day?

On the treatment day, the technician will stay in close contact with you throughout the process. If a problem arises and when the treatment is complete, a technician will contact you via phone. Securing your home after the treatment is complete will be discussed upon arrival. Please let the technician know your schedule and plans for treatment day prior to your appointment.

Do I Receive A Copy Of The Work Order?

Every customer receives an invoice, which is payable upon receipt. The invoice can be paid over the phone or at our local office, but only after the treatment is complete. If you have any questions about the invoice, just contact our office. A customer service representative will answer all of your questions and put your mind at ease.

How Does The Bed Bug Inspection Work?

The technician and bed bug sniffing canine – if you request this service – will arrive to your home and begin inspecting your entire home. This may take anywhere from 30 minutes to two hours, depending on the size of your home.

Once the inspection is complete, the technician will explain the severity of your infestation and go over the treatment options and preparation requirements.
