For bed bug treatments, you must remove and wash your bed linen, as well as clothing stored in bedroom closets. For rodents and other pests, you must empty all of your kitchen cabinets. Once the treatment process is complete, you will then need to wash your dishes thoroughly, before replacing back into the cabinets.
Will The Pesticide Spray Damage My Furniture Or Carpet?
A technician will perform a spot test prior to treating your entire home. If any damage is revealed, an alternative treatment will be utilized. Our goal is to protect your assets from potential damage before, during, and after the treatment is rendered.

How Long Should I Expect The Treatment To Take?
Bed bug treatments take within one to three hours. However, we recommend evacuating the home for at least six hours. Adults and children with respiratory diseases, such as asthma and COPD, must remain out of the home for a full 24 hours.
How Do You Communicate With Homeowners On Treatment Day?
On the treatment day, the technician will stay in close contact with you throughout the process. If a problem arises and when the treatment is complete, a technician will contact you via phone. Securing your home after the treatment is complete will be discussed upon arrival. Please let the technician know your schedule and plans for treatment day prior to your appointment.
Do I Receive A Copy Of The Work Order?
Every customer receives an invoice, which is payable upon receipt. The invoice can be paid over the phone or at our local office, but only after the treatment is complete. If you have any questions about the invoice, just contact our office. A customer service representative will answer all of your questions and put your mind at ease.
How Does The Bed Bug Inspection Work?
The technician and bed bug sniffing canine – if you request this service – will arrive at your home and begin inspecting your entire home. This may take anywhere from 30 minutes to two hours, depending on the size of your home.
Once the inspection is complete, the technician will explain the severity of your infestation and go over the treatment options and preparation requirements.
